To confirm your booking, we require a deposit of $250 to secure your desired date and time. This payment is due upon booking request. Once we receive your deposit, we will send you a confirmation email and the remainder of the reservation fee will be charged. The base minimum night stay is 3 nights and the maximum overnight guests is 2.

Cancellation Policy:

• 14 Days Before Check-in: 100% refund

• 7-14 Days Before Check-in: 50% refund 

• Less Than 7 Days Before Check-in: No refund
